About Me

I offer one-to-one psychotherapy to a diverse range of clients from my comfortable, private office in west-end Toronto.

I trained as a psychotherapist at the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Toronto and Chicago, completing studies for my M.A. in Counselling Psychology in 2005. I continue to take part in trainings to broaden my professional skills, and am in the process of fulfilling requirements to qualify as a member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists.

I have experienced several years of my own personal therapy, which allows me to better appreciate the challenges you face and the life choices you make or have made in the past.

In addition to my therapy practice, I also edit books and other materials for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).

A native of Nottingham, England, I moved to Canada in 1990. I am pleased to be able to serve the Parkdale / Roncesvalles / High Park community, where I have made my home for many years.
